The course was in great condition considering the dry weather we have had \u2013 the greens a bit slow but not surprising it must be so difficult being a green keeper at the moment. Some \u00a0very good scores were recorded and lots of places decided by count back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Longest Drive &#8211; Dave Cousins (with an awesome 332 yard drive!)<\/li><li>Nearest the Pin &#8211; Paul Brent<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chris Swales &#8211; 41 points<\/li><li>Adrian Crossley &#8211; 38 points (on c\/b)<\/li><li>Dean Lardner &#8211; 38 points<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lovely day greeted us at Royal Winchester for the Hursley cup with 17 entrants.
