A stableford competition where each competitor takes it in turn
to play a hole (in strict rotation) with a yellow ball (which scores
double points) – the yellow ball (x2) and 2 of the other 3
to count to team score.
For example, player A plays holes 1, 5, 9, 13, 17 and Player B plays holes
2, 6, 10, 14, 18 etc.
