Brokenhurst Manor GC – Captains Day

After our enforced break of 2 years it was pleasure to be back at Brokenhurst. The course was in excellent condition, the catering was good and the weather did not disappoint. 

Congratulations to the winners and runners up and well done to everyone for making their contribution to a great day out. In the  morning session we played for 3 trophies with 20 competing, results below:

Captains Cup – Lowest Net Score

Scratch Cup – Lowest Gross Score

The afternoon provide a pleasant variation, team competition, with 21 competing.

I regret having to report that our Society has received complaints for slow play at the last two events. We are guests at all courses and do not wish to tarnish our reputation and perhaps be declined future bookings. Please be mindful to keep up with the group in front at all our events.
